Physical: Ultra-projectable, elastic 6-foot-5, 195lb frame with RTF.
Pitching: RHP. Begins from the left corner of the mound; slower, momentum-gaining delivery that hides the belt at the top of the stack. Unwinds down the slope with clean extension on the front side from a H ¾ slot, blowing the FB by at 81-85 mph (2462, T22 inch IVB). Some carrying life early in counts, mixing a developing low-70’s CB and faded 75-77 mph CH.
Physical: Ultra-projectable 6-foot-5, 195lb frame with two way skill set. 6.96 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Balanced, upright stance, as the hands operated just below the shoulder calmly to begin. Utilized a short leg lift stride to initiate the swing through a flat path with separation available. Demonstrated some length at times, but produced T99 mph bat-exit velocity at 381 feet, hitting a home run in gameplay. Plenty of feel for the pull-side with long levers.
Defensively: The corner infielder showcased medium pace, sitting into the legs with a flat chest at the fielding window. Funneled and drove forward over the front side, working short to long in the arm-action, up to 84 mph positionally. Will most likely slide to first base at next level.
Pitching: RHP - Feet start wide, spanning the rubber and beginning a repeatable, deceptive delivery. Rides hip-coil down the slope and gets on top of the hitter with a clean stride into footstrike. The FB ranged 80-82 mph at 2400+ rpms, and showed lateral bite on low-70’s CB. Also landed a couple fun 75-77 mph CH with occasional fade.
Physical: Tall, lanky, and high-waisted at 6-foot-6, 190lbs. Gets down the slope adequately with projection noted.
Pitching: RHP - Started off of the left-side of the rubber with momentum-gaining pace in the delivery. Featured a coil at the stack creating some deception from a leveraged position at release (H ¾ slot). The FB spun well at 2297rpms AVG from 82-84 mph (67% zone rate) with command to both sides. Countered with a mid to upper 60’s CB flashing short two-plane movement (average spin) and mixed a quality 71-73 mph CH with similar hand-speed to the heater. Room for more strength and velocity to be had.
Physical: 6-foot-1, 155 pounds; tall, lean build. 7.46 runner in the 60. Offensively: RHH. Even wide stance with bat waggle; high hands with straight load back and toe tap stride. Average effort; stays behind the ball with slight lift in swing, ability to backspin ball. Pull approach, consistently found the barrel; peak Trackman exit velocity of 88 MPH. Defensively: Low to the ground; active approach; covers ground laterally well. seamless transfer; low 3/4 arm slot. INF - 77 MPH. Pitching: Center rubber; aggressive downhill finish where he finishes balanced and with a firm front side. Arm extended straight back from glove; low 3/4 slot. FB: T 79MPH, 76-79 MPH. 6-foot-1, 155-pound primary pitcher sat 76-78 from a low 3/4 arm slot with a deliberate side-rocker step to begin. Curveball at 65-66 showed gradual 11/5 break while changeup at 71-72 was thrown at near fastball arm speed. The right-handed hitter starts from a wide, square stance and uses a lift-and-replace stride to begin. A deep, high hands load leads to some length in the swing. Registered a bat exit velocity of 74 mph and ran a 7.94 60-yard dash. Showcased capable defensive actions at third base with 74 mph arm strength across the diamond.
Defensively, works bottom up and out front. hands are adequate. Developing athleticism is reflected in footwork of young player.
Offensively, initiates swing with open set up and short stride staying neutral. There is top half dive and passive hip turn. Back elbow leak in front of hands creates drag. Benefit would be gained from more direct connection of back elbow and overall greater incorporation of lower half into swing.
