2027 3B/RHP Jonathan Cox has continued to develop and get better each time we’ve seen him over the past three years. 5-foot-6, 146-pound two-way out of the Montreal Titans program and the right-handed hitter was working to the pullside throughout his two rounds with a healthy dose of flyballs and line-drives. Cox generated a peak exit velocity of 88.7mph, the best we’ve tracked for him to-date, along with a peak distance of 297ft. He was also up to 76mph across the infield and ran a 4.16 30-yard dash. On the mound, the right-handed pitcher sat 77-78mph, along with a slider at 70-72mph and changeup at 69-70mph. Good showing for Cox and still has 2.5 more years to continue refining his skills before heading off to a college program.
