Scouting Report: 6-foot-1, 175-pounds, lean athletic frame, with room for added weight gains. A right-handed hitter, a wider setup, loose hands, short crisp athletic swing. The approach is more line drives to the middle of the field. The exit velocity was clocked at 93 mph and ran a quick 6.97 sixty-yard dash. Defensively, threw 85 mph across the diamond, shows good flow, with feet and hands working together. Off the mound, smooth delivery, builds momentum throughout. Longer inline stride, squared up to home plate on release. The arm action is longer, working from a high 3/4 slot. The fastball was clocked 83 mph, with boring action to it. Mixed in a breaking ball at 64-66 mph.

Began in a balanced strong stance with a smooth load, then used a controlled stride. Had a short simple swing plane, efficient bat speed and good extension on his finish. He found lots of barrels with loud contact. Aggressive ground ball approach. Fluid confident while in the infield, registered his best throw across the diamond at 82 mph; has sure soft hands, consistent feet, and a quick exchange. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were quick. Decent accuracy to the bases, used a short arm action and uninterrupted slot. Advanced on the mound, used a short arm action with a high ¾ arm angle while showing quick consistent arm speed. Feel type pitcher who uses some effort. Displays even in line shoulders and an athletic balance point. Lands square with an athletic balanced finish. (Max spin 2227; Avg 2065).
