6-foot-2, 185-pound, strong physical athletic frame, shoulders are square and wide, shows to project to be very physical. On the mound, this right-handed pitcher has a simple delivery and repeats it with easy effort. The hands start high and stay high, leg raise is high with some coil to it. The arm action is slightly longer, it works and is clean. The ball comes out of a natural ¾ slot. The fastball was clocked at 80-81 mph, with sink to arm side. The breaking ball is by far his best pitch, works everything off of it, clocked at 72-74 mph. The break is 11/5 with depth and good tilt to it. Attacks and is relentless with it, can put hitters away with it. Did not show much of a change, would like to see more fastballs thrown, is very comfortable with breaking ball. Big time sleeper, has a quality out pitch, arm works and body projects out.
