Scouting Report: 5-foot-10, 1158-pound, thin athletic frame with room for added weight gains. A right-handed pitcher, has an uptempo delivery. The lift is athletic landing inline and square to the plate. The arm action is loose, working from a 3/4 to higher slot. The fastball was clocked at 77 mph, with arm side action. The breaking ball showed proper shape and form. A young arm look for a jump in velocity.

Begins in a wide athletic stance with a handsy load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed is above average, has a level loose swing plane and good extension on his finish. Created loud contact and found lots of barrels. Up the middle pull side approach. Above average in the outfield, he showed the ability to make throws to the bases at 81 mph; shows athletic smooth feet, a twitchy exchange, and soft hands. Fields the ball out front, movements laterally were athletic. Showed consistent accuracy to the base with a long loose arm action and a high ¾ slot. Projectable on the mound, showing quick arm speed he had a high ¾ arm angle with a loose clean arm action. Tall-and-fall feel type pitcher and shows easy effort. Showed athletic balance point with downhill shoulders. Lands square with an athletic balanced finish. Had arm side control and sinking action. (Max spin 2052; Avg 1931). His changeup showed fading swing and miss action and arm side command. His 2/8 slider shows glove side control and hard late action. (Max spin 2006; Avg 1931).
