(17.7 mph hand speed average). Starts in a wide balanced stance with a tight compact load, then uses a short stride. Bat speed is raw, has a loose level swing plane and good extension on his finish. He created loud contact and found multiple barrels. Line drive up the middle approach. Solid in the outfield, his best throw of the day was clocked at 68 mph; showed quick feet, a clean exchange, and soft hands. Movements laterally were average and he fields the ball out front. Used a loose arm action and a ¾ slot while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. In the 60-yard dash, recorded a time of 8.49. Solid on the mound, showing developing arm speed he used a loose arm action with a ¾ arm angle. Tall-and-fall feel type pitcher and shows easy effort. Balance is tall point with an in line shoulders in his delivery. Lands square with an athletic balanced finish. Sat with his fastball at 64-65 mph; shows arm side control and sinking action. (Max spin 1837; Avg 1758). His 1/7 curveball (62-63) had glove side control and early slurvey action. (Max spin 1750; Avg 1509). His changeup (61-62) shows arm side command and fading action.
