Physical Profile/Body - Broad shoulders, proportional build. Mix of strength and future development potential.
Hit - Balanced stance just outside the shoulders. Hands rest just off the shoulder and load back slightly. Short stride times the swing and slightly turns the hips. Showed ability to lag the barrel and launch on a slightly uphill path through contact.
Power - 91mph exit velo (tee). Natural loft in the bat path took a loud round of BP.
Running/Speed - 3.99 30 yd dash.
Glove - C/Corner INF Profile. Short quick footwork at 3B. Let the ball get in on him at times, quick transfer and max effort throws with accuracy. Low stance behind the plate. Surprisingly athletic with solid block/recover.
Arm - 1.92-2.01 POP range with a 72 mph C velo. Quick exchanges and a short arm action get the ball out quick. Shows limited fade and accuracy over the bag at 2B.
Summary - Proportional athlete can fill out the frame with lean strength. Corner INF/C profile with C looking the more natural of the positions at present. Athletic stance behind the plate. Fluid exchanges and OTT arm slot get the ball out quickly. Good raw power at present will continue to develop. Will have his share of doubles/HRs as he matures.
