Projectable 6-3, 190lbs. Broad shoulders and lean strength present, high upside. Ran a 7.20 at the Border Battle event. 93 mph exit velo (tee). 87 mph OF velocity. RHH with a balanced slightly open stance. Small bend in the knees and relaxed hand position just off the back shoulder. Small stride and short hand load. Quiet head and good balance throughout. Natural loft in the bat path, pull side tendencies with plenty of juice to carry the gaps. Showed consistent barrel release through contact and a one handed finish. Consistently fielded the ball out front and maintained his momentum with a quick pro step. Smooth transfers to an OTT arm slot. Above avg. arm strength and accuracy at present will continue to improve. On the mound, used a small rocker step to get to a balance point just above the belt. Rotational at the top. Full arm action on the backside with good extension and an OTT arm slot. Matched arm slots with off speed pitches. CB showed 10/4 shape and good bite 71-75 mph. FB topped out at 84 with easy effort and control to both sides of the plate.
