Lean athletic frame at 6-1 165 pound sophomore hitting in the 4 hole went 1-3 on the night with an RBI single late in the game to give his team the lead at the time.
5-foot-10, 135-pound lanky frame. In the box, the right-handed hitter recorded an exit velocity of 85 mph. Starts in an open stance with a low load, then uses a big leg kick to start his swing. Has upward swing plane, quick bat speed and level finish. Was able to create some loud contact and found multiple barrels. Pull side approach. Above average in the infield, his position velocity was registered at 73 mph; had a clean exchange, smooth footwork and soft hands. Showed a ¾ slot and a long arm action with decent accuracy to the bag. During the event, ran the 60-yard dash in 7.62.
