Physical Profile/Body - 6-1, 195lbs. Broad shoulders and strong lower half. Moderate projection remaining.
Hit - Taller stance. Slightly open, carrying the hands in a higher position. High, athletic leg kick gathers the weight and gets full rotation and torque with the lower half. Lofted bat path and whip to the barrel.
Power - 93 mph exit velocity (tee). Lofted bat path, plenty of juice to carry the gaps.
Running/Speed - 7.35 sixty time (laser). 4.37 H/F time.
Glove - Athletic fielding position. Fields the ball out front just off the left of the midline. Quick exchanges at the belt and smooth footwork.
Arm - 76 mph INF velocity. OTT arm slot gets the ball out quickly.
Summary- Has matured physically since the uncommitted SR event during the summer. Strengthened the body with good weight. Solid defender at 3rd with enough arm strength to play there at the next level, is athletic enough to play 2nd or the OF in a pinch. Power potential, lofted path with intent in the swing, one of the louder rounds of BP during the Preseason All State.
