6-foot-1, 190-pound right hander w/ solid proportional frame. Rocker step with good tempo and repeatable delivery. Loose, easy arm action working up to 3/4 slot. He’s been very consistent this summer, staying in the upper 80s and mixing effectively. Heavy FB at 85-88, T89 (T 2244 rpm; Avg: 1869 rpm) w/ sink and late arm side life around the zone. Shown feel for two secondary pitches with CB at 71-75 and CH at 78-82. Great spin on the breaking ball (T 2446 rpm; Avg: 2281 rpm) w/ 11/5 action and good bite. He can throw it for strikes and bury down and away for chase, as a swing n’ miss offering. Throws a harder CH w/ good arm speed and some fade to help neutralize lefty bats.
5-foot-11, 155-pound left-handed hitting outfielder, strong, projectable build, will put on more strength as he continues to fill out. Offensively, balanced setup, leg kick timing trigger, hands and weight load back, good balance. Easy effort swing through the zone, barrel works uphill with natural loft, looks to drive the ball middle/pull.
