The 6-foot-1, 170-pound right hander has continued to make steady climbs since last summer. Culpepper flashed a FB at 84-86 (2052-2127 rpm via Trackman). Works quickly on the bump with great pace and quick arm. Possessed the highest-upside breaking ball at the event with tight 10/4 SL at 76-78 (1959-2284 rpm via Trackman) with good shape and swing n’ miss capability. Mixed changeup at 76-78, which is new pitch but ability to get me over for strike.
RHP, (2021) MTCS, TN. 6-foot-1, 170-pound projectable frame. Confident on the mound, had an over-the-top arm angle and a loose arm action with quick arm speed. Tall-and-fall type pitcher and uses high effort. Showed an athletic balance point. Lands square. Sat with his fastball at 84-86 mph and topped out at 86 mph; showed arm side control and some action. His 1/7 curveball has glove side command.

5-foot-11, 155-pound, RHH shows all fields approach w/ super projectable frame. Medium, athletic frame w/ high-waist, well-proportioned lean strength. Super lean, super projectable. Offensively, hits w/ a slightly open, upright stance w/ very short hand and front foot rhythm into shift of weight w/ short crouch, stride and proper load. Flashes bat speed through the zone, learning to keep upper and lower halves in sync and through the baseball. Occasionally leaks w/ his hips. Projectable pull power. Defensively, moves well at SS w/ solid hands, plays through the baseball well w/ lateral mobility and carry to target arm strength.
