6-foot-1, 195-pound two-way southpaw prospect has made some solid improvements since last Fall. Proportional frame with present strength and some projection. Relaxed, balanced stance with slightly open setup. Simple load and small leg kick generates average bat speed (Max: 67.6 mph; Avg: 65.2 mph per Blast) and sequences well (Max: 27.6 G; Avg: 23.7 G per Blast). Present gap to gap power (Max distance: 350 ft) with consistent loud contact (Max: 92.4 mph; Avg: 88.2 mph per Trackman) looking to do damage in the power alleys. Defensively, 7.34 running corner outfielder projection with loose arm and solid arm strength (80-83 OF Velo). On the bump, controlled low effort delivery with arm working to a 3/4 slot. Commanded the FB at 80-82 with decent life, working both sides of the plate. Struggled to land his CB at 69-71, but CH at 72-74 showed flashes as a solid offering. Slight fade with some depth, commanding down in the zone.
