Uncommitted, 5-foot-10, 165-lb lean, wiry frame w/ great athleticism and room to add mass. Balanced, open stance w/ simple hand load and small leg kick. Efficient swing, generating above average bat speed (T 71.4) w/ good rotation and on plane. Controls barrel thru contact w/ two handed finish and good hand eye coordination. Good pop for size (T 94.1; Avg: 80.8 exit velo) w/ some projection there. Defensively, tools to stay up the middle. Active feet w/ sound hands and great range (6.80 sixty). Compact, short arm action and gets the ball out quickly. Not overwhelming arm strength (75 INF velo), but good carry on throws with accuracy. Webber shows some two-way upside as he was 78-80 (T 2534 rpm) and high spin CB (68-70; T 2420 rpm) before an arm injury slowed his development on the mound. Dual sport athlete and athleticism, make him one to watch this Spring for Peabody.
