5-foot-10, 145-pound, RHH had a strong 2 games, reaching base 5 of 6 times w/ patient approach. Medium, lean approach w/ projection. Little present strength. Offensively, hits from a slightly open, slightly crouched stance w/ bat resting on back shoulder. Shift of weight, stride and little hand load. A little more hand separation would create a better attack angle to the baseball, little steep through the zone right now. Shows a 2-strike approach w/ getting foot down early. Up the middle approach w/ lot of line drives. Projects for gap power as he adds muscle to his frame. Defensively, shows above average hands w/ good feet. Can engage his lower half better defensively to create more arm strength. Some tightness in hips will loosen up as he matures. An interesting 2020 middle infield follow.
