C/OF, (2021) Trinity Christian, TN. 6-foot-1, 180-pound proportional frame. During batting practice, Tims had an exit velocity of 85 mph. Begins in a tall balanced stance with a controlled load, then uses a short stride to initiate his swing. Bat speed is above average, has rotational flat swing plane and high finish. He Produced some loud contact and found multiple barrels. Gap to gap approach. While catching, recorded pop times of 2.17-2.24, he made throws to second at velocities up to 72 mph; has average feet, a clean exchange and firm sure hands. Wide setup with some flexibility. Showed some accuracy to the bag with a low ¾ slot and a stiff arm action. Clocked a 60 time of 7.47 at the event.
