Positional Profile: 3B/2B
Body: 5-8, 165-pounds. Present build with developed mass present in the lower half.
Delivery: Starts offset with feet facing 3rd base for controlled and repeatable actions down the mound. Strong lower half with some tilt back as he strides down the mound with his leg lift. Does a good job of getting over his front side with his finish.
Arm Action: RH. Easy and fast arm from a 3/4 arm slot. Stays short with arm action and can continue to get more layback, which should come in time.
FB: Arm side run to the pitch that pounded the zone for strikes.
CB: Showed the ability to locate in zone, while also having feel for his release point to break pitch off short of the plate that should get quality swing and miss from chases at the high school level. Depth to the pitch with some horizontal plane sweep.
CH: 65-66 mph. Slower fastball at this stage of the pitch. Worked well tunneling off fastball with same arm speed and intent. Killed a little bit of spin but was spotty with control and lacked pronation for arm-side run. T1548, 1520 average rpm.
ATH: 7.82 runner in the 60. 7.82 in the30 yard split.
Positional Profile: 3B/2B
Body: 5-8, 165-pounds. Present build with developed mass present in the lower half.
Hit: RHH. Begins in his stance standing tall, hands begin at shoulder with bat pointed low behind the head towards the pitcher. Sinks into the back leg with a minimal stride. Swing launches off of the back leg and he shows the ability to sit into it throughout the swing well, as the front leg braces well. Varied path through the zone, depending on where the pitch is. Has a tougher time getting under high pitches. Mainly works to the pull side with solid barrels.
Arm: RH. INF-70 mph. Short and quick arm action.
Defense: Strong with the glove with early presentation. Smooth actions working through the baseball.
ATH: 7.82 runner in the 60. 7.82 in the30 yard split.
