One of the more intriguing arms at the event was Biggs. It was my first time to see him in person and he definitely caught our eye. He has a straight over the top arm slot from the Left Side, with a fastball that sat in the low to mid 80’s. He showed an above avg. change up with good deception, that he threw from the same slot. He threw two breaking balls, he showed the ability to drop the curveball in for a strike and a slider that he could back foot to a RHH for swing and miss. Biggs has more projection in his frame and will be a good one to follow this spring.
