A lanky 6 foot, 170 pounds and ran a 7.48 60 yard dash. He showed he has advanced feel in the middle infield for his age, as he has a quiet glove, good footwork, smooth transfers, and a strong arm, flashing 81mph across the infield. At the plate, he has an open stance with a small leg kick and a slight uppercut in his swing, getting his arms extended well. Showed an 84 mph exit velocity. On the mound, the right hander posted an 80-83 mph fastball coupled with a 11/5 shaped curveball at 64-67 mph and a changeup with good movement at 74-75.

Pehrson has a long-limbed frame at 5-foot-11, 163-pound frame. The right-handed hitter starts from an open, narrow stance, then uses a low-hanging leg kick to stride forward, creating separation. Leveraged hack with good energy and rhythm, took a solid round of BP, barreled it up around the yard with strong contact, posting a top exit velocity of 84 mph. On the infield, he does a nice job of playing low for a long-limbed guy, flat back with soft hands out front, funneling the ball through the middle of his body. Threw 76 mph across the diamond from a short, high-¾ slot. On the mound, the right-hander works from a high-¾ slot with a clean arm swing and smooth tempo down the mound. Fastball sat 80-82 mph. Curveball has quality rotation and 11/5 shape with depth to finish. Did a nice job of locating his changeup at the bottom - and below the zone at 70-72 mph with same arm speed.
