Uncommitted. Stands in a strong 6-foot-1, 190-pound frame with strength throughout. He’s an up-tempo mover on the mound with a compact arm action out of a ¾ slot. Broadwell displayed a fastball that sat 86-87 mph with arm-side run, showing an average of 14.2 inches of horizontal movement (T17.2 in.). He mixed in two breaking balls; both a slider and curveball that sat in the mid-70s range with similar actions. He rounded out his arsenal with a change-up with heavy fade to the arm-side, sitting 77-79 mph.
