Priest got things started with a bang on Sunday when he stepped up and ran a 6.67 60 to start the day. The Junior’s athleticism is evident in everything he does on the field. He profiles as a guy that could handle Center or Left field, or play 2nd base. At the plate, the RHH showed a quick, short stroke geared for line drives. He showed a gap to gap approach during BP. Priest profiles as a table setter at the top of a lineup who could cause havoc on the bases. High Academic kid as well.
Tyler Priest: 2B/OF, (2023) Tyler Legacy, TX. 5-foot-5, 130-pound slim frame. During batting practice, Priest had a max exit velocity of 79 mph.
