Positional Profile: LHP LHS with good build to add strength. Moves well on the mound. Repeats delivery and arm action. Pitch ability, strike thrower. FB will continue to improve with velo. Shows ability to create spin to slider, can manipulate. Developing change. Recommend trying to move towards 1st base with starting point of delivery to create more angle than created now with cross step delivery and SA slot. More angle created, tougher on hitters. If not comfortable moving across rubber don't do it. Good pitcher.
Body: 6-0, 185-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength. Solid lower 1/2 now.
Delivery: High knee lift with inward turn, loads into back leg well. Slight cross step delivery working back to middle of plate from 3rd base side start. Solid finish. Would recommend trying to move towards 1st base with starting point. With SA slot, increased angle is created. If not comfortable, stay where starting at now. More angle you create, the more difficult for hitters.
Arm Action: LH. Compact circle. Works well with solid finish.
FB: T86, 83-85 mph. Works both sides with FB. Shows tailing action both sides of plate. Strike thrower with FB. T2209, 2090 average rpm.
SL: 72-76 mph. Shows ability to spin baseball. Sweepy/slurvy type pitch, nice job of running away from LHH's and into RHH's. T2542, 2395 average rpm.
CH: 78-78 mph. Limited use pitch this day. T1812, 1812 average rpm.
Positional Profile: LHP/1B LHP…with some upside present. Looking for added velo in future. With ability to develop up/down, can be effective pitch although lacking in big velo. CB shows nice spin, can work to develop ability to manipulate action. Change will be avg.
Body: 5-11, 173-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength.
Delivery: Stretch only, nice job of using lower 1/2. Near middle of rubber start with down line stride, lands slightly closed.
Arm Action: LH. Cutoff circle with some length to backside. Fair arm speed. LTQ slot with crossbody finish.
FB: T84, 81-83 mph. Strike thrower. Fair plane. Tail, tail/sink increasing to arm side. Quality pitch when down in zone. With lower slot, should have some success pitching at top of zone with any increase in velocity. T2059, 1958 average rpm.
CB: 68-70 mph. Shows nice spin, inconsistent release point. Sweep/slurvy type action. Firm release point, work to develop ability to manipulate action adding tilt. T2297, 2292 average rpm.
SL: 69-70 mph. Similar action to CB. T2367, 2361 average rpm.
CH: 75-76 mph. Fade with sink action, decent deception present. Will develop into solid pitch. T1706, 1538 average rpm.
Positional Profile: LHP/1B LHP with deception present. Look for FB to add velo, shows ability to get swing and miss to FB, strike thrower with pitch. CB limited use, fair action, can he throw CB harder or try slider. Change is quality with deception/action. Different look for hitters.
Body: 5-10, 170-pounds. Good build/frame to add strength, lower 1/2 showing some definition/present strength now.
Delivery: Side rocker step, loads into back leg, front foot lands past midline with front hip opening early. Nice job of maintaining direction.
Arm Action: LH. Cutoff circle. Creates some deception to hitter. Fair arm speed. Some crossbody finish.
FB: T82, 79-81 mph. Deceptive FB, arm side run. Strikes. Was able to get swing and miss. T2055, 1938 average rpm.
CB: 66-67 mph. Solid finish showing some depth, limited use today. T2431, 2327 average rpm.
CH: 75-75 mph. Quality pitch with fade/sink action, deception present. Strikes with pitch. T1785, 1750 average rpm.
