Bland has an athletic frame with some projection left to it and stands around 6-foot-1. Showed solid range in the outfield and legit speed on the bases. Has a plus arm in the outfield and throws are flat and show carry. At the plate starts with a square stance in a slight crouch. Uses a small toe tap stride and lands square. Hands load back and bat has a slight wrap at separation. Bland has a slight uphill path, but produces a solid line drive stroke and maintains balance throughout the swing. Shows as a nice athlete that can be a legitimate defender in the outfield.
