Hands drop slightly at landing and fire first working inside the baseball. Level barrel path with a lower finish and line drive tendencies. Exit velocity was 78 mph. In the outfield Frasier takes a controlled and choppy approach to the ball, breaking down early and fielding the ball out in front. Hands work through the ball with a low clean exchange and throws with a longer arm circle from a high three-quarter arm slot. Outfield velocity was 59 mph. Ran a 7.90 60-yard dash.
