11.1.15: Davis has an athletic frame and throws from a high three-quarters arm slot with a drop and drive delivery. He has a short arm action and throws with some effort. His shoulders uphill and on line as he strides out on line to a square landing. Davis’s fastball had heavy run and sat 70-71, touching 72. His curveball had 2/8 break and decent armspeed, running 56. His changeup had decent armspeed and sinking action, sitting 62.

10.14.15  Davis has an athletic frame and throws from a three-quarters arm slot with a choppy tall and fall delivery. His arm action is short and a bit stiff as he generates velocity with normal effort. His shoulders are uphill and on line as he strides out to a square landing before coming to an athletic finish. Davis’ fastball ran 71-74 and had slight armside run as well as some downhill plane to it. His curveball was thrown with decent armspeed and had big, gradual 10/4 break to it and ran 57-60. His changeup was thrown with good armspeed and ran 63-65. He showed the ability to command all three pitches.
