Long lanky 6-foot-1, 180-pound frame. Wight has a high waist, long limbs, and appears taller than the listed height. Lower effort, controlled pace delivery. Repeats the delivery well. Hands break in rhythm, hand stabs down behind the back hip, and throws from a three-quarter arm slot. Wight stayed in the 75-78 mph range early and touched 79 mph a few times. He would work in the 75-76 mph range early in counts and could grab a couple extra when he wanted to. The breaking ball sat at 63-66 mph and varied in shapes. He would throw some bigger 1/7 breakers and also mixed in some 2/8 breaking balls that had more lateral break to them. Wight was very efficient in his outing, throwing under sixty pitches in his four and a third innings, including where he used under twelve total pitches total to get through back to back innings.
