Fulwood is 5-11 with a lankier athletic 155 pound frame that has projection left to it. He hits from the right side from an open taller stance, low two step leg kick stride on line, smooth load back to a wrap. Hips rotate completely with some violence and he maintains good lower half balance. Hands stay inside, quick and straight to the ball, slightly uphill line drive swing path with strength at contact and some extension through the ball, showed a good approach working gap to gap, has extra base power in the middle of the field, exit velocity was 88. In the outfield, gets body behind the ball and fields through it with above average hands, quick clean exchange, throws from a low three-quarters arm slot, short loose arm action, position velocity was 81. Ran a 7.43 60 yard dash. On the mound, he throws from a three-quarters arm slot, long loose arm action and higher effort to his delivery. Drop and drive delivery, shoulders are level and closed, lands closed with a hard fall off finish and recoil. Fastball was 75-81, with heavy sink to it and a bit of late armside run. Slider was 68-70 with good armspeed and hard sharp 10/4 break to it. Change-up was 71-72 with good armspeed and some late fade to it.
