Solid compact frame at 5-foot-9, 170-pounds. Athletic open stance at the plate, small stride forward landing on line, and hands are loose and show some rhythm at load. Short and steep to the ball, path is flat, and had some pull side tendency to the swing. Maintained some balance throughout. Exit velocity was 81 mph. Behind the plate Hersh used a quick jab step to get the feet in line, centered high exchange, short arm circle, and throws from a high three-quarter arm slot. Throws were in line and showed some carry at times. Positional velocity was 74 mph and pops ranged from 2.20-2.29. Ran a 7.44 60.
