Marshall is 5-10 with an athletic frame that has strength present and some projection left to it. He hits from the right side from a tall relaxed open stance, leg kick stride on line, short smooth load back. Hips rotate with some violence and he maintains some lower half balance. Hands stay inside, goes straight to the ball, uphill swing path with some strength at contact and extension through the ball, showed pull approach with the ability to use the whole field, some gap power present to his pull side, exit velocity was 83. In the infield, gets body behind the ball and fields with average hands, works through the ball during exchange, throws from a three-quarters arm slot, short arm action, position velocity was 68. Ran a 4.40 home to first. On the mound, he throws from a three-quarters arm slot, short free arm action with some effort to his delivery. Drop and drive delivery, shoulders are uphill and closed, lands open with a bit of a fall off finish. Fastball was 68-72, touching 73, with some late armside run. Curveball was 56-63 with some armspeed and big gradual 11/5 break to it. Change-up was 57-58 with some armspeed and heavy sink to it.
