6-foot-1, 180-pound strong proportional build. Solid fluid during batting practice, the right-handed hitter had a max exit velocity of 93 mph. (69.3 mph bat speed average). (18.1 mph hand speed average). Begins in a balanced athletic stance with a controlled rhythmic load, then uses a leg kick. Bat speed is efficient, displays an upward an inside-out swing plane and level balanced finish. Found some barrels with loud contacts. Gap to gap approach. Solid in the infield, recorded a position velocity of 81 mph; showed a clean fluid exchange, sure consistent hands, and choppy in control feet. Laterally, movements were athletic and fielded the ball out front. Used a high ¾ slot and a compact consistent arm action while showing consistent accuracy to the bag. Clocked a time of 7.23 in the 60-yard dash.

Haynes is 6-1 with a lankier athletic frame that has some strength present in the lower half and plenty of projection left to it. He hits from the right side from an open balanced athletic stance, low leg kick stride on line, short smooth load down and back to a slight wrap. Hips rotate with some violence and he maintains some lower half balance. Hands stay inside, short to the ball, slightly uphill line drive swing path, showed a good approach, using the whole field, exit velocity was 83. In the infield, rounds the ball and fields with above average hands, works through the ball to a clean exchange, throws a three-quarters arm slot, short arm action, position velocity was 74. Ran a 7.62 60 yard dash.
