Martin is 5-10 with a strong frame that has some projection left to it. He hits from the left side from a taller open relaxed stance, low leg kick stride on line, smooth load back. Hips rotate completely with some violence and he maintains some lower half balance. Hands stay inside, short to the ball, uphill swing path with extension through the ball, worked primarily gap to gap and has some pull side power, exit velocity was 83. Behind the plate, clean exchange, throws from a high three-quarters arm slot, position velocity was 75 and pop times 2.00-2.12. Showed some accuracy on his throws. On the mound, he throws from a high three-quarters arm slot, short free arm action and normal effort to his delivery. Shoulders are level and closed, lands open with a slight fall-off finish. Fastball was 74-78, touching 79 with some run to armside. Change-up had good armspeed and was 67-71 sink to it.
