Player and Parent,

Prep Baseball Report’s Rising Stars Preseason All-State is meant for 2030 and 2031 graduates. This event has a dual function. For most participants, this will be their first showcase event - an initial step toward achieving a player’s baseball goals. Part of this event is educational: there will be a lecture about what scouts look for, how to comport themselves, what to expect in the recruiting process, and the overall landscape of playing at the next level. The second function of the event is to identify young talent, and at the same time getting valuable coaching in the showcase process. As the preeminent scouting service across our 40+ state coverage area, the Prep Baseball Report is looking to identify promising young prospects at an earlier age so we can more accurately track their progress through their career.

This event will also serve as an identifier for invitations to the Junior Future Games in August. The Junior Future Games will run in conjunction with the Prep Baseball Report’s Future Games. The Future Games features the top High School players in the Class of 2027 from across the Prep Baseball Report’s 40+ state coverage area. It is one of the most highly recruited events of the summer and attracts more than 300 college coaches from across the country each year.

The Junior Future Games, an Invitation-Only event, will feature the best identified prospects from across the country in a tournament at Lake Point in Cartersville, GA. Participants will compete against other top-level players while representing their respective state. The Junior Future Games will take place at Lake Point in Cartersville, GA. This state-of-the-art facility features 8 all-turf fields. The event features guaranteed pool play games and will include single elimination bracket play to determine a champion in each age group.

NOTE: Players must use BBCOR bats during batting practice

WHO: Open to all 2031 and 2030 graduates.

Each prospect's recruiting process starts and ends with the Player Profile, and our showcases revolve around building up that profile, maximizing its content and reach. For first-time attendees, a new player profile will be created, hosting all of your information, videos, head shot, metrics and more, making it one of the most important tools in a prospect's recruiting process.

Repeat showcase performances will continue to update your player profile, creating a history of prospect progress and ensuring the most up-to-date information is easily accessible throughout the fast-paced scouting community. These profiles are also searchable by a range of data points and metrics through our advanced search engine, making it a one-stop shop for recruiters and scouts.

Prep Baseball stats captured at its showcases, published inside its player profiles, are the industry standard in the scouting community, carrying the highest level of credibility in actionable data. Prep Baseball profiles are the most reliable resources for prospect information due to this reason alone.

Stats are collected using only the highest of standard equipment including Swift laser timers, TrackMan ball tracking technology, Blast Motion swing sensors, and Stalker radars. All stats are hosted in player profiles accompanied by Performance Tiers that show where a prospect ranks among his peers.
