I waive all rights of privacy or compensation, which I may have in connection with my Name and Image as so captured in any media whatsover, to be used by Prep Baseball Report and/or its licensees, affiliates and/or sponsors for promotional purposes. Such promotional purposes include, but are not limited to, allowing Prep Baseball Report website subscribers (such as college coaches and college athletic departments), to access, view and use your Name and Image for recruiting purposes. I grant Prep Baseball Report LLC and its affiliates, partners, sponsors, officials, employees, representatives, agents, licensees, and assigns the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use my Name and Image associated with any Prep Baseball Report and/or affiliate sponsored events, media and in all manners, including the composite or altered representations. Players will be able to choose from three options when registering:

1. Participate at no cost. As a part of participating, the player can participate at one position and will receive a free Prep Baseball Profile with his picture and all statistical measurements. He will not receive a T-shirt, hat, video, or scouting analysis.

2. Participate for $125. As a part of participating, the player will work out at one position and receive a Prep Baseball Profile that includes: picture, statistical measurements, video and analysis from our scouting staff. In addition, he will receive an Prep T-Shirt and Hat.

3. Participate for $175. As a part of participating, the player can participate at two positions and will receive a Prep Baseball Profile that includes a picture and statistical measurements as well as video and analysis from our scouting staff. In addition, they will receive an Prep Baseball T-Shirt and Hat.

The Prep Baseball Nebraska Freshmen Free Showcase is a free - low cost option for players entering high school. The advantages of this event is to create a on-line baseline of statistics and data, build a living resume of their baseball development, introduce them to the Prep Baseball platform, and an opportunity for Prep Baseball to begin evaluating prospects as they enter high school and have a track record for each individual player in the state.

Additionally, the event will be used as an identifier for the following years Super Sophomore Games, Prep Baseball Future Games (which is the premier summer scouting event for incoming sophomores & juniors in the country, NE Preseason All-State invitations, along with invites to our annual NE State Games once the high school season has concluded.

The Freshman Free Showcase will be promoted on the Prep Baseball website. Prep Baseball is subscribed to by more than 900 colleges and pro scouts across the country. All results will be posted on the site, along with players highlights.

If you want to take advantage of this opportunity, please get your registration in as soon as possible, as roster spots are limited, both in number and position.

SCOUTING, TECHNOLOGY AND DATA ANALYSIS IN ONE EVENT

PREP BASEBALL PROFILE

Every prospect's recruiting process starts and ends with the Prep Baseball Profile and our showcases revolve around that player profile. For first time attendees, a new Prep Baseball profile will be created, hosting all of your information, videos, head shot, metrics and more, making it one of your single most important tools in the recruiting process. Repeat showcase performances will continue to update your Prep Baseball profile, creating a history of prospect progress and ensuring the most up-to-date information is easily accessible throughout the fast-paced scouting community. These profiles are also searchable by a range of data points and metrics through our advanced search engine, making it a one stop shop for recruiters and scouts.

MIZUNO

All showcase prospects will receive a numbered Prep Baseball jersey & hat sponsored by our partners at Mizuno. The Mizuno Tee is the all around tee shirt for every activity, made from lightweight textured fabric, and used to identify prospects throughout the showcase process.

STATS

Prep Baseball stats are the industry standard in the scouting community, carrying the highest credibility in actionable data. Prep Baseball profiles are the most reliable resources for prospect information due to this reason alone. Stats are collected using only the highest of standard equipment including Brower laser timers, Trackman and Stalker radars. All stats are hosted in player profiles accompanied by recently launched Performance Tiers that show where a prospect ranks among his peers.

VIDEO

All prospect performances will be professionally video taped, edited and uploaded into their Prep Baseball Profile. Videos will consist of multiple angles and record all aspects of the showcase including 60’s, live batting practice, and defensive performances. Videos are hosted in Prep Baseball Profiles and used for video spotlights, content, social media and more. Videos are accessible to all Prep Baseball Plus subscribers.

SCOUTING REPORTS

Prep Baseball is built at the hands of some of the most tenured and respected scouts in the industry. We pride ourselves on our level of prospect knowledge, most of which is gained through Prep Baseball events. Showcases are designed and engineered by state Scouting Directors with the goal of collecting as much information about a prospect as possible and relaying our findings to the public through data collection and scouting reports.
