Brady Trujillo, a 2027 grad from Canyon View High School, was a standout at the recent West Side ID event. Trujillo showcased his impressive abilities both at the plate and on the mound. He recorded the second-highest exit velocity of the event at 101.7 mph, displaying significant pullside power. As a first baseman and left-handed pitcher, Trujillo also impressed on the mound with a fastball in the low to mid-80s, marking the highest velocity of the day. Having previously represented Team Arizona at the 2023 Junior Future Games, Trujillo continues to build on his reputation as a promising prospect heading into his sophomore year.
