Hits from a narrow upright base, slightly open. Uses easy leg lift, landing square. Loads into a slightly higher handset. Steep entry at times, short level swing, gap to gap approach, consistent hard contact. Power potential with present bat speed while being able to accelerate on plane quickly, 94.19mph exit velocity. Ball jumps off bat with obvious strength. Versatile defender who can play almost anywhere on the diamond, catcher could be a future spot where he worked out at this event. Some rawness, predominantly in receiving that will improve with reps, quick transfers & release, rushed feet at times, turning early. Good arm strength at 78mph, recording 1.91-2.08 pop times, average accuracy. Has tools & versatility that should be followed.

Looks noticeably stronger from when we lost saw him back in February. Multi-sport athlete who also plays football. Starts in a narrow upright stance with high hands, slightly open stance. Uses a small leg kick with short stride. Lands slightly closed. Loads hands straight back. Above average bat speed with natural pop. Accelerates onto the swing plane quickly with efficient path. Short quick swing with low time to contact. Gap to gap approach. 97mph exit velocity off a tee. Hit a hard LD to LF for a single in live game action. Also barreled up a flyball to deep LCF. Versatile defender who plays 3B but can also catch. Confident actions, showing intent in the infield. Athletic footwork that plays through ball. Ran a 7.14 60-yard dash 84mph. Firm hands with 84mph arm strength across the diamond. Also worked out on the mound. Throws with long arm action from a ¾ arm slot, showing some arm speed. Threw strikes. Worked his FB 80-83mph with average HB of 14.3in. CV has sharp 10/4 shape at 67-79mph. CH showed above average sinking action at 73-75mph. Versatile prospect.

Average hitter currently that had some trouble timing his movements. Hits from a narrow base with toes pointed towards the catcher, using leg kick to generate leverage. Mid/oppo approach with ok contact at 84mph. Overall quick arm and some natural arm strength. Quick Releases behind the plate, popping up out of his crouch. Solid footwork in the INF. Fields ball cleanly, funneling baseball to belt buckle. Carry on throws at 81mph. Showed Quick, long arm action on the mound with some effort. Straight FB sat 80-82mph from L 3/4 slot. Inconsistent CV at 67-68mph with varying shape, missing up. He threw a good one or two. CH cuts at 71-73mph. Interesting player to monitor going forward.
