One of the top performers from February’s Island event. Ashton impressed our staff with improved physicality at 6’2, 230 pounds. The left-handed pitcher ran the fastball up to 84.2, sitting 83 comfortably. The curveball might be his best pitch, with an average of -10.6 inches of vertical break and the ability to throw it for a strike or chase.
