One of the more underrated hitting performances at Future Games Trials came off Elsner's bat. Still a 2027 graduate, he checks in at a burly 6-foot-3, 200-pounds with some thump in his swing. While he reached a peak exit velocity of 84.3 mph, it sounded louder. He had a max carry distance of of 301 feet using predominantly his upper half. Once he begins incorporating his lower half, the North Shore Twins product should see significant ticks up in his metrics. Defensively he was easy operation at first base but played it with relative ease, getting up to 65 mph across the diamond. Still only 15, it'll be interesting to see how Elsner develops, with present strength already in there.
