Body: 6-2, 215-pounds. Tall/physical build. Present lower half strength with a sturdy base.
Delivery: Simple delivery. Side steps into a mid-chest knee tuck. Smaller backleg sit. Driveleg gets into some early IR. Level shoulders with a still head. Lower half works in-line. Works hard into landing with a firm block.
Arm Action: RH. Shorter in the back. Efficient into scap load. Easy armspeed. Whippy action as it gets good layback into a H 3/4 slot.
FB: T89, 87-88 mph. Riding FB. Avg. 19.6 inches of VB. Avg feel in-zone (47%).
SL: 69-70 mph. Shorter breaker. Averaged about 5 inches of drop and 8 inches of sweep. Solid feel in-zone (50%). More of a ball-strike pitch currently.
Body: 6-2, 210-pounds. Athletic sturdy build with a solid base. Room to add lean mass to his frame.
Delivery: Simple, under control delivery with a medium high leg lift. Rides down the mound well with potential for deeper sit.
Arm Action: RH. Short and whippy arm that gets up on time with a clean deceleration pattern.
FB: T84, 79-80 mph. Above average Induced Vertical Break with an average of 20.3 inches. Low release height will add to the deception and will help miss bats up in the zone.
SL: 63-66 mph. Slow, sweepy breaking ball dominated by horizontal movement. Averaged 13.1 inches with an average spin rate right around 2000 RPM.
CH: 69-71 mph. Quality velocity difference from FB, movement is similar and will benefit from killing vertical break. Showed feel for this pitch.
