7-17-18 - SoCal Underclass Trials II - Beecham participated in the outfield portion of the workout and really showed well for himself. A long, lean athlete, Beecham has some lower half strength and a high backside which would indicate he's not done growing and filling out his 6-foot-1 175-pound frame. Shows good footwork and works through the ball while gathering out front. Has current arm strength. At the plate he shows a wide, even stance with a still head throughout the swing. Maintains balance through swing. Shows fast hands and good feel for the barrel with a line-drive bat path that he maintains online through the hitting zone.
