This was my first look at the talented righthander out of the powerhouse JSerra Catholic who showed very well in his four inning outing with a strong two pitch arsenal. The Oregon Ducks commit sat 90-92 MPH on his FB throughout his outing and hit multiple 93’s showing ride/run in the movement profile to help him collect 10 whiffs from the Knights lineup. His CB was inconsistent on the day, but when he executed it correctly it came in at 74-76 MPH with downer life especially down or below the strike zone. His FB control was strong working to both halves of the plate while showing feel to elevate it and pound the knees with it.
