6/12/18 - Uncommitted. Strong lean body type on 5-foot-150-pound frame, well proportioned. Offensively shows some promise with good barrel awareness. Lays bat flat early and gets into zone early, looks to be working on some swing angle approach. Maintained good balance with stable lower body and quiet head. Ball left bat well in batting practice with good barrel through contact. There is some rollover that tends to make the approach work mostly to the pull side. More linear approach would be good with his innate ability to get the barrel to the ball. Defensively he moves calmly to the ball and showed steady hands. Throws lacked carry and some of that is due to standing tall as he moves to throw. Moving to and through the ball with a more fluid release would help the raw arm strength to play up. Good runner, good strides, developing ability to compete in the outfield would be a good piece of his overall profile.
