Hit: RHH. Relaxed, upright stance, feet slightly turned in. Bat rests on his shoulder. Load moves on the same horizontal plain as his set up, drops barrel through the zone. Showed line drives to all fields in BP. 70.2 mph bat speed with 22 G’s of rotational acceleration.
Power: 93 max exit velocity, averaged 91.0 mph. 291' max distance.
Arm: RH. OF-85 mph. Whippy arm action, gets behind it well. Very accurate.
Defense: Creates good momentum towards target, good footwork to set up a good transition into throwing.
ATH: 7.18 runner in the 60. 1.75 and 3.96 in the 10 and 30 yard splits.
at Wood HS - Lean athletic body, doesn't look quite as big as listed height weight but plays big, heavy hitting hands with loud barrel, ball jumps off bat with life, creates leverage at impact, fair runner but it's the aggressive nature in the box and the ability to make impact contact that stood out. Played LF in this game.
