Offensive notes: High back elbow staying on backside with front foot reaching as hands have bigger load. Strong rotations from the body allowed hands to get through and backspin balls to LCF with liners. Some projection in the swing as the barrel was loud. 60-yard - 7.11 / EV mph - 92
Defensive notes: Athletic hips with good flexibility utilized a strong first step. Worked through the ball when going laterally and made plays on the move. Accurate and strong arm. 3B mph - 82
Pitching notes: Large side step with hands down to the waist pausing there. Utilizes an average front knee with ability to drive down the mound and into a strong front leg gaining extension down the hill; very athletic delivery and repeated it well. Easy, compact 3/4 arm utilizing a fluid swing with similar release point for all pitches. FB angled to the glove side attacking that spot and ability to get ride up through top of the zone; small two-seam when needing to go armside. CB overhand 11/5-to-11/4 shape with late, hard break. Very strong breaking ball with tight spin and ability to get to two-level one when needing swing and miss. Two strong outings over the event and upside on the mound. FB 78-81 / CB 70-75
