Physical: 5-11, 131-pounds; Average, lanky build. 8.14 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Open setup, with feet narrow; upright bat position. Extended take back of the hands with a gliding stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a flat swing path with two handed finish. More line drives than fly balls and ground balls with a peak exit velocity of 81 MPH via Trackman. Fairly consistent with staying on-line, found sweet spot at 66.7% clip, sprays line drives around field, approach fits present strength and power capabilities.
Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; utilizing both traditional and one-knee set-up while staying low during receiving. Hands are soft while standing up slightly early during transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot. 2.44-2.49 pop times. C - 62 MPH. Loose arm with snap throw mechanic, receiving mechanic/set-up were different for FB and breaking ball (more elevated hips and wider knees for breaking ball).
