Will Suslow, HARVARD-WESTLAKE (CA), 2026
Positional Profile: OF/3B Suslow moves extremely well, logging top 60-yd times and being dynamic in the outfield. His bat plays with line drive contact.
Body: 5-11, 170-pounds. Compact and athletic with present strength in the frame.
Hit: RHH. Wider set up to feet with slighlty open set up and shows small knee bend and hip hinge. Hands are set about ear height over the rear shoulder with higher back elbow and flatter bat angle with bat waggle in his hands. Small shift into his back hip with a small foot lift before taking small stride to launch position with barrel tip towards the middle of field to load his hands. Stays taller in the turn portion of the swing relying on his hips/upper body to generate bat speed with quick direct bat path. Leverage in the path with a lower finish and extension to keep ball off the ground.
Power: 93 max exit velocity, averaged 87.4 mph. 343' max distance. Bat path plays to keeping the ball of the ground with leverage and shows carry to the middle of the field and pull side. Exit velocities play more to doubles power consistently with ability to flash HR power.
Arm: RH. OF-83 mph. Gets depth in his arm circle going back and below the hips with quickness to arm path to release while showing carry on his throws. Arm projects CF/RF ability.
Defense: Easy mover who runs with comfort and can cover ground with speed/length of strides. CF potential.
ATH: 6.53 runner in the 60. 1.52 and 3.60 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. Explosive runner who shows burst off the line with ability to build speed and maintain stride quickness/length throughout to cover ground. 35.40 max vertical.

Positional Profile: OF/INF
Physical: 5-8, 135-pounds; Lean, athletic build. 7.14 runner in the 60.
Offensively: RHH. Even setup, with feet shoulder width apart; has a little pre-pitch bat waggle. Short take back with the hands that load into an upright barrel. Quick up and down stride for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an average effort from the legs. Showed a compact swing path with two handed finish. More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 86 MPH via Trackman. Pullside approach. Consistent contact out front. Hands work well in the swing. Natural feel for the barrel.
Defensively: Starts with a low to the ground setup; uses a small prep hop while playing low to the ground. Hands work out in front with an average exchange that works seamlessly into crowhop. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot. OF - 73 MPH.
