Uncommitted. The senior had a strong day at the plate facing a potent arm-talent from the right-side. Archer would go 2-for-3 at the plate as well as collecting an RBI which would end up being the only run that was pushed across for his squad. In his first at-bat, the RHH would turn on an inside fastball and smoke it down the left-field line for an RBI double. He would then follow it up by collecting a hard-hit single back up-the-middle in his second at-bat. Archer, hitting in the 9-spot, did an excellent job of turning the line-up over throughout the course of the game. Possessing quiet, simple actions in the box with both good barrel length in-zone and feel for the barrel he is able to get on time regularly. Archer exhibits above-average speed both on the bases and in center-field. Where he is a dynamic defender and field general that anchors the outfield defense for the Golden Lions. Remaining a top uncommitted outfielder in the state, Archer holds mature tools across the board that can make an impact in multiple ways for a club's success at the next level.
