Uncommitted. What an outing in relief from Anarumo on the first night of Showdown at Lakepoint. The righty came in out of the pen and dominated sitting batters down left and right. Anarumo had the fastball and curveball combination working all night. With the fastball sitting 80-84 topping at 85 with heavy arm-side-run. Adding in the curve at 66-69 with tight late break, with horizontal movement and the ability to add and subtract sweep. Finishing with a final line of 4.2 innings pitched with 8 k’s to 1 walk, with no hits. The right handed pitcher will be an intriguing name to watch over the summer.
