It was a weekend of quality swings in both the showcase and games for Brumbelow as he performed well with a few knocks. His quick twitch ability was shown in the box, sporting a cut that shot through the zone with an even bat. He was able to get on top of pitches well, getting the barrel on plane on two standout occasions. Day 1 game he got a hit UTM on a high FB, also boasting good zone feel. Day 2 was more of the same for Brumbelow, fighting off a handful of pitches to then punish a middle-up FB in the oppo gap (LCF) with 2Ks on him. Brumbelow projects as a highly gritty bat that can line it all over the field in any count.
