Sheldon had some of the best actions on the dirt, advanced feel and body control for age, soft/sure hands, excellent arm action with loose arm, has all the pieces defensively to give him every chance to be a DI SS and plus value defensively.
You can tell the players who call Hitter’s Paradise their home as those players took the best BP’s. Sheldon was one of those guys as his two rounds were two rounds of barrels. I liked the confidence, ability to consistently center the ball and hit the ball where pitched.
Coming out of this event, Kea was Prep Baseball Hawaii’s first invite to Prep Baseball’s biggest uncommitted event of the year: 2025 Future Games. Congratulations Kea Sheldon!
