Austin Semmler is a 2028 LHP from Terre Haute South (IN) with a super projectable 6-foot, 145-pound frame and an exciting ceiling on the mound. He works with a compact, repeatable delivery and a loose, whippy arm action. Semmler shows an athletic lift to the top of his balance point with a slight hesitation before riding the slope with dynamic balance and a quiet head throughout. His fastball shows late arm-side life and sizzle, sitting 74–76 mph (T76) with advanced spin metrics (2162 avg rpm), and there's more velocity on the way. His 63–64 mph curveball is a separator—tight with depth and excellent feel for his age (2221 avg rpm). The changeup shows fade with fastball intent and low spin, rounding out a quality three-pitch mix. A high-upside left-hander to follow closely.
